Standard Shipping: orders received by 1:00 p.m. (PST), Monday-Friday, will shipped the same day in most cases.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air: orders will ship same business day if received by 3:00 p.m. (PST) Monday-Friday, however, no guarantees are made.
All orders will ship within 2 business days unless noted otherwise.
In the event of an expected delivering delay, the customer will be notified.
We do not ship to P.O. or A.P.O boxes at this time.
Note: Rock Revival is not liable for delays in shipping caused by external causes (i.e. weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic accidents, etc.)

You may cancel any order that has NOT shipped. Any shipped order cannot be canceled.

Although we will try our best, no guarantees are made that a cancelation request will be fulfilled.
All cancelation requests must be made by phone; no emailed cancelation requests will be accepted.
You may return merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the package for a full refund of the purchase price, this refund can only be made to the card used during checkout. There is not a restocking fee.
MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED, AND MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
Returns will only be accepted if you purchased your items from rockrevival.com. If you purchased product through another retailer, please contact the retailer for your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When shipping your return to us, you may use any courier service convenient for you (e.g. FedEx, USPS, DHL). Please remember to use a form of shipment that includes full tracking information so that we will be able to confirm receipt of your return. We also recommend that you purchase insurance for your return shipment. Rockrevival.com is not responsible for missing or lost packages. Please note rockrevival.com would be unable to process refunds or exchanges for merchandise not received.
Shipping and handling charges will be reimbursed in cases when shipping errors have occurred, or errors have been made to your order. You may also be issued a return label free of charge in order to resolve any shipping errors.
Any defective item(s) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If purchased from rockrevival.com, returns of defective item(s) may qualify for a full refund if received within 30 days of rockrevival.com’s return policy. If defective item(s) are received after 30 days, returns will only qualify for partial credit or repair.
We are not responsible for any damage to items that have been worn, altered or washed.
Sale items are exchange only. If the same item is not available for exchange, the customer will be issued a store credit. You will be able to redeem the store credit by logging into your www.rockrevival.com account.Back to Top
To complete a return, please keep the invoice included in the package with your order.
The necessary return form is on the reverse side of the invoice.
If for some reason you no longer have your original invoice,
please call us at (323) 235-8070. You can also email us at email@example.com to request a Return Form.
In order to receive a refund or process an exchange please follow steps 1-3 noted under “RETURN INSTRUCTIONS” on the bottom of the return form.
The return form is located on the reverse side of the packing slip. If you have not received a packing slip or if you have misplaced your packing slip please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Rockrevival.com will be more than happy to issue a return form and instructions via email.
Please allow 2-4 weeks from the shipping date for the refund to appear on your bank statement; and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note the RETURN POLICY above to receive proper refund or credit.
Rockrevival.com e-Gift cards do not expire, have no fees and are only redeemable at rockrevival.com. e-Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. You should safeguard your e-Gift card. Rockrevival.com is unable to reissue e-Gift cards that have been lost or stolen.
