Standard Shipping: orders received by 12:00 p.m. (PST), Monday-Friday, will ship the same day in most cases.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air: orders will ship same business day if received by 11:00 a.m. (PST) Monday-Friday, however, no guarantees are made.
All orders will ship within 2 business days unless noted otherwise.
Orders placed on holidays or over the weekend will not process until the following business day.
We do not ship to P.O. or A.P.O boxes at this time.
Note: Rock Revival is not liable for delays in shipping caused by external factors (i.e. weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic accidents, etc.)

We have partnered with Fedex CrossBorder to service our international customers.
Checkout by clicking the “Outside the U.S.?” button at checkout and choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs, duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Fedex CrossBorder's facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Item(s) purchased from rockrevival.com may be returned within 30 day for a full refund of the purchase price. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Merchandise MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED, AND MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. All parts and accessories must be included.
We are not responsible for any damage to items that have been worn, altered or washed.
Returns will only be accepted if you purchased your items from rockrevival.com. If you purchased product through another retailer, please contact the retailer for your return.
If an item(s) were shipped incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, color, or size), rockrevival.com will gladly issue a full refund for the purchase price including the shipping cost, if applicable. Please follow the “RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS” on the return form. Once we receive the item(s) back, the refund, or replacement will be issued promptly. Rockrevival.com is not liable for any ordering errors made by the customer. Errors will be validated against the original invoice, and the entire process may take 2-4 weeks.
Any defective item(s) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If purchased from rockrevival.com, returns of defective item(s) may qualify for a full refund if received within the 30 day time period pursuant to rockrevival.com’s return policy. If defective item(s) purchased from rockrevival.com are received after the 30 day return period, returns will only qualify for partial credit or repair at our sole discretion.
Please note the following:
- Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
- We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased on www.rockrevival.com
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges or cash value.
To return item(s) purchased from rockrevival.com, fill out the return reason code on the return form on your packing slip and include it with the item(s) you would like to return. If you have not received or misplaced your packing slip, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You may use the most economical shipping method for your return or use the return shipping label enclosed with your package. Full tracking is recommended as Rockrevival.com is not responsible for missing or lost packages.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your new, unaltered, unwashed item(s) with all tags and labels attached for a refund and place a new order.
Please note, item must be received in new and sellable condition.
All rockrevival.com orders include a packing slip with a prepaid, pre-addressed return label. When you use the return label to send your package, $7.50 will be deducted from your order refund. To use the prepaid return label, attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your package. Drop your package off at any UPS or FedEx location (depending on the carrier label), such as a UPS store, UPS or FedEx Drop Box, FedEx Office Center, etc. When your credit is issued to the original payment method we will deduct the $7.50 prepaid return fee.
Alternatively, you may elect to use your own shipping method at your own expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund or credit for shipping may be issued in instances where the item was defective, determined to be rockrevival.com’s responsibility, or where we made an error in shipping the order (i.e. the wrong item, color, or size was shipped).
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, not including weekends.
The credit may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
